Kit including accessories for an OpenKNX-compatible 6-way PWM LED power dimmer for flush mounting.
There are six channels, each with a maximum of 4 A (total max. 16 A), for constant voltage (CV) LEDs (common anode) up to a maximum of 48 V DC. Higher currents can also be achieved depending on ambient conditions, with additional cooling if necessary. The fuses on the board provide short-circuit protection and trip at 15 A per channel.
In addition, there is the option to order a current-measuring version: This measures the current of each individual channel separately. This not only allows for consumption measurements, but the information can also be used for device and light bulb protection and trigger an emergency shutdown in case of overcurrent.
Switching a power supply relay via an external switching actuator (such as Switching Actuator, 8-way, 6 TE) is possible. The input voltage can be measured to delay the dimming of the LEDs until the power supply is activated and sufficient voltage is present (= no flickering).
In addition, four binary inputs and a relay (max. 10 A at 230 V AC) can be connected directly via an additional board.
The optional housing (approx. 72 x 62 x 19 mm, fits in a 68 mm diameter hole) is printed as standard in an environmentally friendly "PLA+" material consisting largely of biological components (e.g., cornstarch). This material is dimensionally stable up to an ambient temperature of approximately 55 °C, which is generally sufficient. For consistently high currents on all six channels or high ambient temperatures, printing in ABS plastic is also possible.

All OpenKNX compatible projects offered in the shop are delivered as a kit and without software. The user is free to use his own software or the OpenKNX compatible software, which is available via the “Open Source” directories of OpenKNX on GitHub In the latter case, this can be done with the OpenKNX Toolbox easiest.
