This is a kit for a KNX-compatible 6-channel switching actuator in a 6 TE control cabinet housing with True RMS current measurement.<\/p>\n
The switching actuator is equipped with 6 bistable Hongfa HFE20 relays:<\/p>\n
The optional housing is printed as standard in an environmentally friendly "PLA+" material, consisting largely of biodegradable components (e.g., corn starch). This material is dimensionally stable up to approximately 55\u00b0C. For high currents on the switching channels or high ambient temperatures in the control cabinet, it can also be printed in "PC FR" plastic, which remains dimensionally stable up to approximately 110\u00b0C and is also flame-retardant according to UL 94-2023 V-0.<\/p>\n
Due to the increased copper thickness, a good soldering iron with sufficient power is required for DIY soldering. To ensure optimal conductivity, thermal relief connections were omitted at the relevant solder joints, meaning the corresponding solder pins are connected to the copper surface all the way around. There are also exposed conductor tracks on the back, which can be coated with additional solder if necessary to achieve even lower resistance at high currents.<\/p>\n
